Service Description
Our specially designed children's salt therapy sessions provide a safe and relaxing way to experience the benefits of halotherapy. Our children's salt pod and beanbag chairs provide a comfortable space to sit and breathe in the naturally anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory salty air. These sessions are ideal for children struggling with ailments such as asthma, allergies, colds, sinus congestion or eczema. The pod can take up to one or potentially two (small) children, and one accompanying adult. Appointments for children are arranged on a one to one basis so please contact us directly to organise an appointment. Please note: Although Salt Therapy is a natural, drug free alternative hollistic therapy which is helpful in the management of symptoms of skin and respiratory ailments, if you are concerned about your childs' health, then please first seek diagnosis and treatment from a qualified medical practitioner.
Cancellation Policy
Salt Room Booking Policy 1. Booking Process: Reservations Required: All sessions must be booked in advance. Booking Channels: Reservations can be made online. Confirmation: A confirmation email or text will be sent once the booking is complete. 2. Session Duration: Standard Session Length: Sessions typically last 20 minutes unless otherwise specified. Session Start Times: You are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before their session to prepare. Late arrivals will not be able to attend the session if the session has already begun. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Notice Period: Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the session to avoid fees. Late Cancellations/Late arrivals/No Shows: Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, late or no-shows, will be charged the full session fee. 4. Payment: Payment Methods: All major credit cards, cash, or online payment platforms are accepted. Bookings: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for missed or partially used sessions. 5. Group Bookings: Group Size Limit: The salt pod can accommodate one adult and up to 2 children per session. 6. Health & Safety: Medical Conditions: Guests or children with severe ailments, or other health concerns should consult their doctor before booking. It is advisable for guests with cancer, or who are pregnant, not to use salt therapy. Age Restrictions: Children must be accompanied by an adult during sessions. Session settings will be based on age. Hygiene: Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable, loose clothing. Clean socks, foot coverings and hairnets must be worn in the salt room. You are requested to stay in the pod for the duration of the session. No food or drink are permitted inside. 7. Liability: Assumption of Risk: By booking a session, guests acknowledge the therapeutic benefits of the salt room and accept responsibility for any personal health risks. Waiver Requirement: All first-time visitors must sign a waiver before their session. 8. Code of Conduct: Quiet Environment: Loud talking, phone use, or disruptive behaviour is not permitted. Personal Belongings: Guests are encouraged to leave valuables at home. The facility is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 9.
